The Georgia Mountain Chapter of MOAA held a golf tournament which was a resounding success. With the help of generous donors and the hard work of all their volunteers they made it a weekend event in which many Wounded Warriors and their families will remember for a life time. COL Paul (R) Paul Wingo drove from Dahlonega, Georgia to present a check to the Eisenhower Army Medical Center (Fort Gordon) Fisher House. Pictured is Mark Higginbotham (Fisher House Guest) accepting the check from COL (R) Wingo.

The Georgia Mountain Chapter of MOAA distributed proceeds from their event to the following organizations:

Wounded Warriors Project, Home’s for Our Troops, Fort Gordon Fisher House, NGCSU Scholarships, and the USO
