Brooke Army Medical Center has many specialties and subspecialties to include: Burn Unit, Bone Marrow Transplants, Trauma, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gynecology, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Oncology.
House Information
Fisher House is located within walking distance of Brooke Army Medical Center. The Fisher House will provide most amenities to include toiletries, towels, linens, kitchenware, prepaid phone cards, cribs and rollaway beds. Laundry area is provided. Families pay $10.00 per night. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Please call the Fisher House Manager for further information.
Area Highlights
Fort Sam Houston is within a few miles of downtown San Antonio. Areas of interest are Fort Sam Houston Museum, The Alamo, Riverwalk, Riverboat ride, Sea World, Fiesta Texas Theme Park and Splashtown Waterpark. Shuttle service is available M-F to the Commissary and Post Exchange.
