Fort Campbell Fisher House Hospital Information

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) is located within minutes of entering Fort Campbell’s main gate. BACH offers many fields of medicine, including Allergy, Dietetics, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Urology and Otolaryngology (ENT). For more information, visit www.campbell.amedd.army.mil.

Fort Campbell Fisher House Information

Fisher House is located within a 2-minute walk of BACH, located just outside the hospital’s main entrance. We provide lodging at no cost, to families of patients who are receiving medical care at BACH. The house has 8 guest rooms with private baths. Common rooms include a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room, family room and outdoor patio. Many amenities are provided to our guests including toiletries, towels, linens, prepaid phone cards, laundry supplies, laptop computers with wireless internet, baby and children necessities, gift cards to nearby stores and restaurants, and much more. Additionally, we provide our service members with assistive technology, and resource organization information.

Fort Campbell Fisher House Area Highlights

Fort Campbell is located on the Kentucky/Tennessee state line. The Gateway to the South, Clarksville, TN, is located directly outside of post and offers lots of restaurants, shopping, golf, movie theaters, as well as other attractions such as historic downtown, Dunbar Cave, Beachhaven Winery & Vineyard, Historic Collinsville and the Cumberland Riverwalk.

Located just 15 minutes north of post is Hopkinsville, KY. “Hoptown” is the regional shopping center for the Pennyrile area and offers several shopping centers as well as a mall and downtown shopping area.

Within an hour’s drive of Fort Campbell is Land Between The Lakes. This 170,000-acre national park in western Kentucky and Tennessee offers a wide range of outdoor activities for the family including boating, hiking, fishing, camping, an 1850’s farm, bison and elk prairie and much more.

If want to venture out a bit, the hub of American music, Nashville, is just an hour southeast of Fort Campbell on I24. The Grand Ole Opry, Nashville Zoo, Hickory Hollow Mall and many more attractions await you.
