Fort Bliss Hospital Information

William Beaumont Army Medical Center serves active duty military personnel, family members and beneficiaries in El Paso and the surrounding areas. WBAMC hosts a robust graduate medical education program and serves as a trauma center for the surrounding community.

Fisher House Information

The Fisher House is located within walking distance of William Beaumont Army Medical Center on the east side of the hospital and approximately 1⁄2 mile from the Fort Bliss commissary, post exchange, banking facilities, and credit union. No shuttle service is provided. The Fisher House will provide most amenities to include toiletries, towels, linens, kitchenware, prepaid phone cards, cribs and rollaway beds. Laundry area is provided.  Please call the Fisher House Manager for further information.

Fort Bliss Area Highlights

The city of Juarez, Mexico on the international border is about 3 miles from the Fisher House. The El Paso Zoo is 4 miles from the house. The Franklin Mountains are situated directly behind the hospital. Large shopping malls are 4-6 miles away.
